International Deliveries:
We ship Worldwide*. All orders are delivered to the customer’s doorstep.
Orders will arrive within 5-7 business days (contingent on the customer providing the correct information as requested by the Customs Authority).
The Shipping Provider will contact the customer via phone and/or email in order to coordinate the delivery and its release from Customs.

Custom Orders:
Delivery of Custom Made, Engraved and/or non-standard size items can take 3-8 weeks. A Padani representative will contact the customer in order to advise regarding the accurate time to delivery.
Returns and Exchanges:
Unworn items can be can be returned within 7 days, in the original packaging and accompanied by the purchase receipt, for a refund.

Items ordered with engraving, as well as items ordered as custom-made, cannot be returned.

Padani Ring Size Guide
1. Cut a thin strip of paper, making sure it is not too wide.
2. Wrap a strip of paper around your finger where you want the ring to be. Make sure the paper is pulled tight against your finger (as tight as possible) to find the best fit.
3. Mark where the paper meets and measure the distance with a ruler.
1. If there is a ring that fits the desired finger, place it on the ruler.
2. Using a ruler or tape measure, measure how many millimeters the inner diameter is.
Use the size chart to determine your ring size.
