Patek Philippe presents the Nautilus Haute Joaillerie reference 7118/1450 in a new white gold interpretation featuring a case, bezel and bracelet adorned with snow-set diamonds and a dial illuminated by rows of stones set in the small raised wave pattern typical of the ladies’ Nautilus collection. The architecture and meticulous finishing of the self-winding caliber 324 S are visible through a transparent sapphire crystal case back. The bracelet is equipped with a patented Patek Philippe fold-over clasp secured by four independent catches. The new Nautilus Haute Joaillerie sparkles with the fire of 2,364 brilliant-cut internally flawless Top Wesselton (11.63 cts).

International Deliveries:
We ship Worldwide*. All orders are delivered to the customer’s doorstep.
Orders will arrive within 5-7 business days (contingent on the customer providing the correct information as requested by the Customs Authority).
The Shipping Provider will contact the customer via phone and/or email in order to coordinate the delivery and its release from Customs.
*Excluding all watch brands, which are available for purchase only within Israel.
Custom Orders:
Delivery of Custom Made, Engraved and/or non-standard size items can take 3-8 weeks. A Padani representative will contact the customer in order to advise regarding the accurate time to delivery.
Returns and Exchanges:
Unworn items can be can be returned within 7 days, in the original packaging and accompanied by the purchase receipt, for a refund.
