International Deliveries:

We ship Worldwide*. All orders are delivered to the customer’s doorstep.

Orders will arrive within 5-7 business days (contingent on the customer providing the correct information as requested by the Customs Authority).

The Shipping Provider will contact the customer via phone and/or email in order to coordinate the delivery and its release from Customs.

*Excluding all watch brands, which are available for purchase only within Israel.

Custom Orders:

Delivery of Custom Made, Engraved and/or non-standard size items can take 3-8 weeks. A Padani representative will contact the customer in order to advise regarding the accurate time to delivery.

Returns and Exchanges:

Unworn items can be can be returned within 7 days, in the original packaging and accompanied by the purchase receipt, for a refund.
