Shipping options

Home delivery:

Shipments arrive throughout the country via courier to the customer's home.

The shipment will arrive between 5-7 business days, as agreed upon by telephone with the customer.

Collection from Padani stores:

The shipment can be picked up from any of the Padani stores during store hours.

The shipment will arrive at the store between 5-7 business days.

The store representative will contact you by phone on the day the shipment arrives at the store.

You can check the status of your order at any time in your personal account on the website.

Overseas deliveries

We ship worldwide via courier to the customer's home.

The shipment will arrive between 5-7 business days, provided that the customer has provided the information requested by the customs representative.

The courier company will contact the customer by phone/email to coordinate receipt of the shipment. and its release from customs.

Shipping of special/customized items

Shipping of items not in stock (such as: special items, items with personal engraving or jewelry in non-standard sizes) will vary depending on the production time, which is between 3-8 weeks. A Padani representative will contact the customer as soon as possible to update delivery times.

Exchanges and returns

You can return an item within 7 days of it being unused, in its original packaging and with the original invoice, and receive a full refund.
